The specific objective of this

organization’s weakness and the problem area; describing the implementation of the proposed plan; and specifying how
the outcomes and effectiveness of the proposed plan will be assessed. The outline below describes the key components of the Entrepreneurial
Management Plan. All aspects of the exercise must be based
on the theoretical grounds and the course contents.
Specific components of the proposed
plan should include:
1 Identify an organization: Describe the main
characteristics of an organization, preferably the place that you currently (or
in the past) work (worked).

2 Problem-Finding/Recognition: Identify
and describe a weakness or problem area of the identified organization. Explain
your reasoning for identifying the area as a weakness or problem for the

3 Problem Solving Plan: Propose an

4 Goals and Outcomes: Describe the
mission, goals and expected outcomes of the proposed plan and its impact on the
